Our Fees

FEES FOR OUR SERVICES

What we will do for you:

  • We will provide the Bankruptcy Assistance Service with reasonable care and skill.
  • We will review your financial position including income and expenditure, creditors, business, finances, investments, properties and other relevant factors.
  • We will provide information and advice, where appropriate, on debt resolution options available in England and Wales.
  • We will provide you with on-going support in relation to your bankruptcy for a period of one calendar year from the date of the bankruptcy order via telephone and email.
  • We will provide you with information on the EC Regulation on Insolvency Proceedings.
  • We will help you to prepare the documents and complete the forms necessary for your own bankruptcy petition.
  • We will assist you in preparing statements accompanying your bankruptcy petition, if required by the Adjudicator.
  • We will inform you on the Adjudicator, Official Receiver and Trustee in Bankruptcy powers and responsibilities.
  • We will inform you on your powers and responsibilities in dealing with the Adjudicator, Official Receiver and Trustee in Bankruptcy.
  • We will assist you in dealing with your creditors during the 12 months bankruptcy proceedings.
  • We will assist you in dealing with the Official Receiver and Trustee in Bankruptcy during the 12 months bankruptcy proceedings.

Our Fees:

  • We charge a Fee for the services outlined above.
  • The Fee for a Single person Bankruptcy Application: £590.
  • The Fee for a Couple Bankruptcy Application: £890.

Adjudicator’s Fees:

  • Our fees do not include any Adjudicator’s Fees.
  • The standard individual bankruptcy Adjudicator’s fees in England and Wales is currently £680.00, from which £130.00 for considering your application and £550.00 for managing your bankruptcy.
  • The Adjudicator’s fees are payable before or on the day your bankruptcy petition submitted to the Adjudicator. We will inform you on how the payment may be made.

Other Information:

  • If you withdraw the bankruptcy petition there will be no refund in relation to the fee that you have paid us in respect of the Bankruptcy Assistance Service.
  • You have the right to cancel the Bankruptcy Assistance Service at any time during the first 14 calendar days after the signing this Agreement. We will then refund you the Fee you paid us. If at any time after the first 14 calendar days of signing this Agreement you decided not to proceed with your bankruptcy petition, we shell be entitled to retain the Fee in full.

Initial Consultation:

  • You can receive a 30-minutes initial consultation FREE OF CHARGE.
  • If you require a consultation based on your personal circumstances you would need to complete the Questionnaire which we will send you via email. In the Questionnaire we ask you to provide information about your creditors, debts, income, expenditure, finances, property dealings, business, savings, investments and other relevant information you think is important.
  • We provide consultations via telephone, skype and at our office in Manchester.

      Our Fees

      Key information about our services and fees:

      We provide information and advice in relation to debt solutions available in England and Wales.

      There is no charge for the initial financial review and initial consultation over the phone. However, if you decide to go ahead with our bankruptcy assistance service fees will be payable. Click here for further details on our fees.

      You have a 14 days cooling off period from the commencement of our service. If you decide to cancel the service during this time, we will refund you any fees paid to us by you for the service.

      If you are made bankrupt, your property and assets could be at risk and your credit rating will severely be affected for six years. Click here for details on bankruptcy restrictions.
