Our fees for the UK Bankruptcy Assistance Service
Our fees for the UK Bankruptcy Assistance Service for clients with debts to creditors based in other EU Member States start from £1,600.00 and include the following:
- Free initial consultation;
- Advice on the UK bankruptcy process and the applicability of the EC Insolvency Regulation No:1346/2000 in your case;
- Preparation of all the documentation necessary for your bankruptcy petition;
- Arrangement of the Court hearing date in your local County or High Court;
- Attendance with you to your local County or High Court and assistance throughout the proceedings;
- Attendance with you to the Official Receiver’s or Trustee’s office;
- Assistance with entering your UK bankruptcy order details into the Insolvency Registers of other EU Member States;
- Help with any queries which may arise during your bankruptcy.

Our fees depend on the amount of creditors you have, properties you own and the complexity of your private and business affairs. The fee will be discussed and agreed with you at the outset of the UK Bankruptcy Assistance Service.
The initial fee will be equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) from the total fee and is payable at the beginning of our services. The final fee will be equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) from the total fee and is payable before or on the day of your bankruptcy petition hearing in the Court.
We do not guarantee that your bankruptcy petition will be successful and the bankruptcy order will be issued by the Court. As any decision to accept or reject your bankruptcy petition is entirely at the discretion of the Court, we are prepared to refund the amount of the final fee if your bankruptcy petition is rejected by the Court minus reasonable travel expenses.
You would also need to pay £700.00 or £525.00 (if you qualify for an exemption of £175.00) directly to the Court.
